Tried on Kurogane's shirt again, trying to convince myself that it's not way too big, but the whole time I had a positive train of thought working through my brain, I made a really unhappy face in the mirror.
So I guess I'm taking it in a bit tonight, which is a pain because I'll need to bind to get the measurements right. Which means I need to pick up binding tape. And this new glue that says, "bonds to vinyl" is a filthy liar. Maybe this should have gone in the peeves thread. Ha.

So there might be a chance I can't got o AnimeNext this year because of my internship in the city. I really hope I can get that weekend off. I really want to enter Gakuko in the Hall Costume Contest. >_<. Plus it's my home con and I go to it every year.

Here's hoping I can get a refund on the "leather punch" I bought at the hardware store. I THOUGHT it would actually work for punching holes in tough twill when my hammer one wasn't doing the trick (well, at first. I just had to go outside and REALLY hit it...), but the second I took it out of the package realized there was no way it could puncture anything, at all (it was plier-shaped, but didnt have an actual "punch" mechanism like on something like a staple gun, the punches weren't sharp, and there was no way it could be hit with a hammer either. On top of which, it didn't even have the right size I need.). So hopefully having put it back in the package and essentially unused will count enough for me to get my money back, because that thing is totally useless to me.

LOL It seems that after Kon, Sakura Con, photoshoot, and finals all together in about a month means I have to decide who to cosplay based on what cosplays do I have that is clean? So...gonna wear Hungary on Saturday because I have her or Yuna and I hate how I look in the current my current Yuna wig....
Also decided that what I have left of my paycheck will go toward dry cleaning my cosplays...instead of buying a new wig lol

Okay, so I've been trying to pleat whenever I can....so I think I have three pieces of row 4, and I'll do at least a piece or two no matter how tired I am tomorrow.
I am determined to get this done for AX. And it's gonna be done well, and it'll all be done right. And Princess Tutu will be done too. >=D All for AX. Yes. |

I finished Angel Beats a few days ago and I want to cosplay from it after I'm done with with Kairi. I'm already looking for wigs for Yuri and Kanade, although I'm doing Yuri first. *Sigh* I even told myself no more wigs. And this is random, but I think I will freak out if I ever find a break-dancing T.K. XD
I ordered my skirt pattern for Kairi, and I'm going to ask to be taken to Michael's or a bead store tomorrow to find the charm for her necklace. I only have a month left! o.o

@noctiluca - To be honest, I wouldn't mind paying Cospatio's prices, since I'm not a con-goer who needs a new costume every month. The problem with Cospatio is that they sell for very limited periods of time, so as a relative newbie all I saw were 'sold out' or 'out of production' items, whereas Cosrevo seemingly did not have that limit.

I kinda wish the costume pages were up because I was updating the progress of a costume I'm finishing for this weekend. Oh well.
I have my friends coming over today and we're attending the con as a group. I'm really nervous because I still have the other costume unfinished but so excited! Going to take tons of photos. XD
