Buff dress cosplay... HELP!

I wanted to do a cosplay including a dress with a princess hem like this: http://www.prlog.org/10454282-delica...ding-dress.jpg (the SHAPE)

I know lot of disney princesses have a dress like that, but I have a box full of hotfix rhinestones and I want to stuff them in some part of the dress.

All ideas from games, movies animes and other things are open for succestion!

Stocking Anarchy in the episode Sex and the Daten City of PSwG
Euphemia from Code Geass in some of the anime artworks
And I think there are some characters with dresses like that in Sailor Moon.

Hmm... I can't really think of any more, sorry..^^°

(And I squealed at your Vassalord icon btw! *__*)
