Hello all
I'm not very new to this site, but I am new to these forums. Good to meet you all. I hope to meet some great people around here.
I've been an anime fan for over 10 years but just started attending anime cons 3 years ago, and I must say, I'm hooked. I finally gave cosplay a try this past MTAC, but I bought it instead of making it  However, I'm extremely interested in learning how to sew cosplay and make props, so forgive me if I annoy everyone with a bunch of questions. I really do desire to learn the trade.Aside from my obvious interest in anime and manga, I enjoy reading, writing(fanfic and original work), playing sports, gaming, and hanging out with friends. I consider myself an outgoing person, though many prejudge me as shy since I'm usually quiet upon first meeting someone. I currently attend college in Tennessee and am loving it...and that's all I can think of, so nice to meet everyone  |

Hi pinoy. Thanks for the warm welcome. Yeah, I am quite interested in cosplay. It's ever increasingly become a favorite hobby of mine. I'll be around the forums asking questions often, so I look forward to everyone's guidance.
I see that you are very into fighting games. I'm an avid fighting gamer myself. A few of my favorites are Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition 2012 ver., Skullgirls, and Street Fighter X Tekken(even if it is broken). I'm and 09er, so I didn't really get serious about fighters until the release of vanilla Street Fighter 4. What's your favorite fighter? Maybe we can play something together? I'm always looking for competition so that I can improve.

Hello there! Welcome to the forums, I'm sure you'll like it here.. everyone is super nice.
I live in Tennessee as well, Nashville to be exact. =) I see that you will be at Daycon and AWA too.. while I have not been to AWA (will be my first time going) I went to Daycon last year and it was fun.. you should definitely enjoy it!

That's awesome. I live in Clarksville, so I'm not to far from you. It's always nice to meet fellow cosplayers and anime/manga enthusiast such as myself nearby. Indeed, I will be attending both Daycon and AWA. Honestly, it will be my first time for both of these, so I looking to it. I hope to see you there!

Clarksville? Oh yes that's not too far away. It seems like a pretty chill place.. I liked it when I went there last year. And I know right, it is great to meet local anime fans/cosplayers! For a while, it seemed like they were all everywhere else in the USA besides Tennessee lol. I'm sure you'll have tons of fun! And oh yes, the same goes to you! Since Daycon is the closest as of right now, I'll make sure to keep an out for ya. =)
