Alright so. I weighed myself last night and my current standing is 154.6.. so down almost eight pds in almost a month.. not the best but I' think I hit that time when its starts getting difficult to drop those last 30 pds and trust me, it has.
Working out needs to become more of a priority but I truly find my issue lies in how much food I eat since I know I always now try to eat healthy. I just have issues feeling full. If anyone has any helpful suggestions for this matter I'd greatly appreciate hearing them.
