Starting weight: 160
Previous weight: 150.5
Current weight: 150.5
Goal Weight: 125


Weight lost since last week: 1.5 lb.
Total amount of weight lost: 9.5 lbs.

I really, really need to find a new workout plan! I used to workout 5 days a week for an hour because of P.E. class but now that its summer I don't have to go workout. My goal for this week is to workout everyday in some small way (including long walks).

I'm 16 years old, 5'5''. last year I used to weigh 87 kg and have lost weight since. but I have been slacking lately and have lost all my motivation. BUT from today, i vow to change this!

Goal weight: Don't think I should lose anymore weight at 5'7 but I need to hit the weights and hit them hard to get some definition.

By the way I lost a lot of that weight just by cutting out soda, it was the first and only thing I did for two and a half months and I dropped six pounds so if you havn't already cut the coke!

Body fat % 18.8, just this side of unhealthy

Goal weight 170
Body fat %: 10-12

Focusing more one the body fat %, since I've been within 5 pounds of my current weight for almost a decade, no matter what shape I was in.

At last I am past the 10 lbs lost mark! Its so exciting! I also walk/jogged a memorial day marathon which really made me sore. My weight loss has slowed down quite a bit, its just a sign that I'm getting closer to a healthy weight.

sweet heres some motivation for you guys

Starting weight: 287lbs
Current weight: 178lbs
Goal weight: 170lbs

Within a time frame of about 1 year or so. i lost majority of my weight from eating alot more healthy and walking/jogging everyday! If i could do it you guys can too.

Im 5 foot 1 and i'm barley in the healthy zone and I really want to change that. Its just hard to find motivation sometimes, but I wont give up!

With summer here, I have time for a good workout plan.

Start weight: 250lb
Current weight: 248lb
Goal weight: 180lb
I realize at 5'3 my goal should be like 130 but I believe my broad shoulders and big hips weren't meant to be that tiny

Alright so. I weighed myself last night and my current standing is 154.6.. so down almost eight pds in almost a month.. not the best but I' think I hit that time when its starts getting difficult to drop those last 30 pds and trust me, it has. Working out needs to become more of a priority but I truly find my issue lies in how much food I eat since I know I always now try to eat healthy. I just have issues feeling full. If anyone has any helpful suggestions for this matter I'd greatly appreciate hearing them.
