Assorted Con Photos!

Hi! I'm a student photographer and these are some photos from some Cons I've gone to. I'd absolutely love some critique on them! I know some of them are cut off in some places, that's one thing I definitely need to work on! Thank you all in advance

sorry if the images are big... ;w;

You know, I know it's really difficult to get good photos in a convention setting, but I really like how you were able to "black" out the backgrounds, and make the cosplayers look like they were under a spotlight. Very nice! Have you done any photoshoots in a non-convention floor/hallway setting as well?

Ah these actually aren't edited! except for the Sion one I believe. I was carrying around a detachable flash so I'm just really lucky I learned how to use it properly by the end of the day! and I haven't had many cosplay photoshoots like that but I've done some others uh some of them are on here http://www.flickr.com/photos/emilybehringer and thank you very much for your time!!!

That's great that you were able to get that effect without editing! I think it works VERY well for convention-floor coverage.

And your aerial photography is amazing. Thank you for sharing!
