Everything came out pretty amazing! The only con is that Chopper's ears are white on the hat when they should be brown. Easy fix with some paint but that's it. Other then that, she's an amazing person and easy to deal with and breaks down the cost with you.

Describe your Experience: She was really nice and answered all of my questions. She always kept me up to date on what she was doing and I didn't really any have any problems with her. There was a bit of delay since the person before me (which could've been the rater with the corset, dunno) had a bit of a hiccup with their stuff, but she informed me of it and was really chill. One little tiny flaw was that the left glove had a teeny hole in it, but my mom was able to fix that, so no biggie there. One interesting thing was that the costume comes with a "boob window" but she left it up to me whether I wanted it there or not, hence the cream-colored diamond on my chest.
Other than that, everything looks exactly like it should and I couldn't be happier.
Final Grade: A- (if only only for the tiny hole)

This is Annie Han from CosplayDesu
The only reason I'm posting this is to warn people not to work with this commissioner and provide a snippet of the verbal abuse you may get!!!
Name of Commissioner: AnnieHan/CosplayDesu
Website/C.com gallery: http://www.etsy.com/shop/CosplayDesu
Character commissioned: Juliet Starling - Lollipop Chainsaw
Parts commissioned: Top, skirt, and thigh highs.
Links to picture(s) of your commissioned item: http://img3.etsystatic.com/il_570xN.334472187.jpg
Why didn't you just link the listing where I included how I get the pattern wrong because of the person who commissioned me?
Also, out of more than 50 listing on my shop, I never included that I got something wrong because of the customer except for yours.
Were you afraid that people would found out?
Timeline (how long your order took to process): 3 months
Describe your Experience: Pros, Cons, Comments. Took a bit of time to arrives but I was in no rush to receive it. The skirt and thigh highs were beautifully made but the top was a complete disaster. She requested clear shots of any emblems I'd need or specific designs so she could replicate them. In every single reference photo I provided the design was clearly visible.
As shown in the conversation, these were the only 5 photos she gave to me without any description of the ambigous design whatsoever.
Out of those photos, the only official photo that have the frontal view of the top is this one.
Which can be easily be mistaked with the outfit I have made.
She also provided Jessica Nigri's photos when she asked me the quote. An outfit where she got the color of some part wrong. It was suppose to be purplish red. And the blue part of the lettering had too much of a color difference compare to the outfit. Jessica herself even realized it and fixed it when she re-made her outfit.
And yet she's telling me that it is a clear photo that shows the design? And I was suppose to follow the photo of unofficial design over the official and get the color wrong?
As I have stated before, she did not provide and description about this.
I took the job months before the game even released where there are a very few references. Yet, she just expected the outfit to be perfect by tossing in 5 low quality pictures.
Sadly, the top I received has a greatly altered designed that doesn't resemble the characters I'm trying to portray much.
Ah, yes. It has such a greatly altered design. It is so different from the original. People wouldn't even realize it as Juliet Starling.
A german website for gamers publish an articled about me. They said, quote,
'the attention to detail is indistinguishable from the original'
Yet she says it has such a greatly altered design. She really does have way of exaggerating facts.
When I messaged the seller about it she said it wasn't her fault, refused to rectify the situation, said I was extremely difficult, was very condescending and proceeded to berate me through messages.
True, true. I said it wasn't my fault because it wasn't my fault. Like I already said, she thinks she can just toss in 5 low quality photos and expect a perfect outfit?
By the way, you are not just extremely difficult. You are a liar and a scammer. I have all the evidence approved by PayPal and Etsy.
I would never recommend her to another buyer for any commissions other then the ones she's already done in her shop.
Final Grade: D+
I would never recommend anyone to work with her. No... this is an understatement.
She filed a charges against me by saying that she did not receive the item. But all the charges were dropped by PayPal and Etsy. Everything, including the eviden and the whole conversation is in my blog.
And now that she have lost, she's just making yet another false statement on cosplay.com
Everytime I see anymore of her pathetic lies makes me want to throw up.
"And IF you still don't get it, I have nothing else to say unless you go back and finish proper highschool, not the ones in the ghetto. Or else you won't understand what I'm saying. Because your behavior is very similar to the people who live in a ghetto. They lack common sense (in other words, simply retarded) and keeps asking for more than they have paid."
^ Lovely women right?
- I don't know how long you've been cosplaying (I am so not belittling you. I just want you to understand) but when the outfit is brought to real life, you need to expect some variation from the original due to many reasons.
Take a look at this 2 venders.
One seller got the blue color wrong. Which is a huge part of the outit. Another seller used a pin for the lettering.
Jessica got the red part wrong and this cosplayer also got the white pattern wrong.
'If you want to guarantee 100% satisfaction (as you've said, 'make it perfect'), you should hire someone offline, look for the fabric and have nice a long conversation with her. Which would easily cost $400+ and only people associated with companies do so.
But as it's said in my shop's banner, 'quality online cosplay shop within an affordable price', I always try to find the optimal point between the quality and price.
I am proud of the work I've done with your outfit within the price. But if I had charged you $400+, I wouldn't be.' -
This is the message I sent to her when I was explaining the situation. I tried to be as nice as possible even though I was slightly pissed off at that point.
She constantly ignored my explanation and kept on asserting groundless claims.
She kept on the denying the mistake, she have made by doing a very poor job on providing the photos.
Before I've sent that message, it was her who initiated the verbal abuse against me.
'I will be needing another top since it's not done right at all'
'The pattern mishap is clearly your mistake and therefore you should rectify the situation and make it over.'
'YOU made the mistake of messing it up'
'I understand all that you're saying but you should own up to the fact that you messed up, point blank'
'I had it made but since there's a mistake and others will notice it I have to keep my mouth shut off about it.'
She consistently called my outfit a 'messed up' and how she had to keep her mouth shut when it is clear as a day, as stated as above, that it was a mistake casue by HER end.
When I counterattacked her constant verbal abuse, she just copied my part and pasted while leaving the whole history from her end, who initiated this fight.
Another fun fact: She posted a review of clip extention on youtube. http://www.clipfancyhairextension.co...ew-by-celeste-
In the description, she states how she isn't doing the review for money and just want to share the fact how she enjoyed the product. Yet, one of the comment on the video was by clipfancyhairextension and thanked her by informing her that they would ship a free item for her.
This is just another example that this scammer, Celeste Turner would spare no lies even for a petty cash. That's how low she is.
The video is currently removed as soon as I pointed out her lies on the comment section. I should've screen captured it.

Character commissioned and series/video game: Ryoko Hakubi's wig from Tenchi Muyo
Links to picture(s) of your commissioned item: Camera's memory is full, so I'll edit this later
Timeline (how long your order took to process): Bought it on May 9th, and asked for a refund yesterday (June 19th).
Describe your Experience. Pros, Cons, Comments:
There are no Pros for these people. When I ordered my wig on May 9th, it said it would take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. At the three-week mark I emailed them and they said it would take another week. I waited for that week and then when I called to see what was up, they said it would arrive at their shop next Tues, which was June 5. I called again on Tuesday, and that was when the runaround began. There's only three people working there as far as I can tell (Melissa, Sean, & Christina), with one of them pretending to be the manager.
Each of them gave me a different story as to why my wig wasn't in (including having no materials, to the wig company they get their wigs from not coming through, to it needing to clear customs, or that my wig fell under the "special" category, which meant it would take 5 weeks instead of three, which is something they should have said from the beginning), and it took my mom talking to them for them to even agree to send me a substitute wig while waiting for my real wig to come in. I'll give them one point for sending the replacement wig before my convention, but man is that thing ugly. They tried to spike it to match Ryoko's hair, but that meant the entire back of the wig is completely bald. It's basically just a hot mess. I had called several times after receiving the ugly wig to see where my real wig was, but they kept saying that it wasn't on that shipment with the other wigs and that the company they had ordered it from wasn't giving them a hard date, or the materials are hard to find, or some other BS.
Suffice it to say, I'm never ordering from them again and I advise everyone else to just stay the heck away from them. :/

Timeline (how long your order took to process): One to two months
Describe your Experience. Pros, Cons, Comments: I have to be honest, when I commissioned Huggins for this cosplay prop, I knew it was going to be tough. It's a very strange and unusual prop, so it was going to take a lot of planning and skill to pull it off.
However, not only did Huggins finish it quickly, but she also did a fantastic job! The prop looked exactly how I wanted it to look, and it was also very durable, which is very important for props to have. When I took this prop to AX, it turned so many heads, it was unbelievable! So many people complimented the prop, asked where it came from, etc. Needless to say, I also got hundreds of photos taken of me that con, and I knew it was because of my amazing prop.
Here is a photo taken the year I received my prop;
But the best part was the cost. This cosplay prop didn't cost me nearly as much as I expected, and the money I saved allowed me to put the extra cash to more cosplays! Yay! In conclusion, definitely satisfied with the work of Huggins. Fast, well-made, durable, and affordable!

tl;dr ver: I had an excellent experience with both the brand Lucaille and the reseller MoeMall.
Name of Merchant: MoeMall (authorised reseller) / Lucaille (brand)
* They also have http://www.moemall.com ...However, as the price was the same, I preferred to use Ebay. It wasn't that I found them shady; I just felt Ebay had better tech support in case of Attackware being used on a website.
Item purchased: Lucaille brand Inori Yuzuriha character wig
* Bought from: http://www.ebay.com/itm/120930308617
* Original link: http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=15695996710 (discontinued product)
Links to picture(s) of your received item: None, camera stolen. However, the taobao link features a customer wearing the item. I confirmed with her that she bought from Lucaille and that Lucaille had her permission to use the photos. MoeMall did not use the cosplayer's photos, only the stock Lucaille photo.
Timeline: I bought and paid on June 10, the item was shipped June 11, and I received on June 23.
Describe your Experience. Pros, Cons, Comments. Well, I originally had a couple character wigs that I specifically wanted from Lucaille. When I got around to looking at Inori wigs (last December-ish), I found Lucaille's was the most accurate. The one thing I found unusual was that they had a cosplayer's photos. So I found the cosplayer on Cure and asked her (in English and Japanese; I'm pretty sure Google Translate would have turned out an unreadable mess, so I didn't bother... I suppose I could have tried French too, but there was no indication she knew French on her profile, lol) whether she bought her wig from Lucaille and allowed them to use her photos. She answered in the affirmative, so I definitely wrote Lucaille down for Inori's character wig...
Fast forward to a couple months later, I found that Lucaille discontinued their Haruma!Gumi wig, one of the Neliel wigs, AND the Inori wig, and that they were clear out of stock of all three...
I contemplated "special ordering" the three wigs; however Lucaille's proprietor responded that special ordering would involve ordering in bulk. Now, I only needed one of each, not eight, so I put that option aside for only when I was *really* desperate.
The Haruma!Gumi wig was the earliest discontinued, so I no longer have the original taobao link for it. I Google'd and Google'd, and I finally found an old MoeMall listing for the item on Ebay. I was skeptical or MoeMall at first, but I read good reviews here; MoeMall apparently also has a brick-and-mortar shop in Australia. At any rate, the MoeMall-stamped Haruma!Gumi stock image was the one I sent to the Lucaille proprietor asking whether they would make any more, or if I could special order. The Lucaille proprietor did not freak out at the MoeMall logo (and as mentioned MoeMall only used the stock images and not the customer's photos), so I was inclined to trust MoeMall.
MoeMall's proprietor was always quick to response and friendly! The only hiccup was that I saw the Haruma!Gumi listing had "3 left in stock" when MoeMall ended the listing back in January, so I wanted to check that the Inori one actually was in-stock. MoeMall got back to me and said they were in-stock! So I placed my order... Except when he/she asked to check the stock, someone misinterpreted as "There is no stock", and so ended the listing and promptly refunded my money.
Since it turns out they *did* have stock, they relisted the item and I purchased again XD I paid right away, they shipped the following day, and I received the item 12 calendar days after it shipped.
The only con was that MoeMall's shipping tracking method was really frustrating. Even if the interface is in English, the actual status and whatnot was in Chinese. The captcha box could be bigger (though I swear I got it right that time!!). Frequently when I tried to check, it would say there was some Internal Server Error or something...
Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
^ So yeah. Last update I saw was on June 17, which I'm assuming Google meant read "Left the country". There was another update on June 15, which I believe said something about the item received and being prepped?
As for the item itself, it came in a small, taped-up shipping bag, safe and sound, with Lucaille tag and all. The item was accurate to what was shown in the stock photo. Lucaille claims their are 7 colours of fibres, and there are! I actually thought it was lighting, but there actually is a tiny amount of pale blue fibres as part of the white. It also came with the red hair ties (a length of ribbon glued shut).
It hasn't lost any fibres... yet. It is light and much thinner than my other wigs. From the inside looking out, there seems to be a bare-ish spot. It's not obvious from the outside looking in, and care just needs to be taken to make sure fibres cover that.
The crown size doesn't *look* very big, but it surprising fit just fine! I didn't have any trouble wearing it. It isn't *ultra* roomy though, so you will definitely still have trouble if you have thigh-length Rapunzel hair like I did last year.
Final Grade for MoeMall: A (The tracking service isn't really MoeMall's fault, but keep in mind that I paid MoeMall's price as opposed to the original price+shopping agent fee) If you love Lucaille but you don't want to deal with a shopping service, you can buy from MoeMall. As a reseller, MoeMall *may* also have stock of discontinued products (until they eventually run out, that is), which is their true value to me.
Final Grade for Lucaille: A (Would be A+ if not for that bare-ish spot) The proprietor responded in a timely manner and they made a great product that I refused to look elsewhere for once I had my heart set on it. Stop discontinuing products I want, dammit!
I've been stalking Classe's authorised resellers, and I guess I need to start stalking Lucaille's reseller too. Lol.
RIP CosRevo, Love Laugh, Sweety Pop, Cocosilver.

Describe your Experience: All I needed was a inexpensive wig with a simple style that looked natural. She found the wig for me and linked me a pic and I said go for it. Style I got was pretty much what I was looking for. Included the tied red ribbons.
I'm happy with the wig for the price I paid.
Only hitch was minor communication problems. I asked for pics of the wig before shipping but didn't get any. Other thing was I paid in full but they thought it was only half but I gave a gentle reminder that I paid in full.
Very nice person I think.

Describe your Experience: We began discussing the commission less than a month ago. We discussed from quotes, to fabrics, to what EXACTLY I wanted made and how I wanted it made. I was very pleased by the way of communication and the fact that she discussed fabrics with me and showed me pictures of the different fabrics, as well, as described how they would look with me and what she recommended best for the look that I wanted. The shipping was quick and smoothly, I can't believe how quickly it arrived! I recommend her to anyone who wants to have a well done cosplay and commissioner who knows the business and the materials, and also replies quickly to your e-mails and maintains contact with you through the entire process. I would commission her again for sure! She'd let me know when each item arrived and Brittani replied fast to my e-mails, sent me pictures before shipping the items, not one, two, three, but four detailed pictures! She is very sincere and honest and told me how many cosplays she would be able to make within the time limit and due date established, and that's something that I appreciate, because you'll get a quality cosplay and not a rushed order.
Pros: Great communication, friendly and very polite, sends pictures, tells you when the items for making the cosplay arrives, and very honest. I would love to work with her again! Shipped the cosplay quickly and it was done quickly too! I am very happy with my cosplay and I will rock this out in Ohayocon, proudly recommending more people to her!
