how do i sew a bias over the zipper? help!

i know how to sew bia tape on outer parts but not over the zipper. how do i sew it like in this picture? T2WgOgXdBXXXXXXXXX_!!421875038.jpg

It looks like It was put on first n then the zipper put on?

Almost...the zipper application looks to me that it was done simultaneously. To me it looks like the bias was sewn at the wrong side of the fabric but was not completed on the front. Then the zipper was put it and then the bias was wrapped around and sewn over the top of the stitches to give a seamless look. Just my two cents...and honestly, that's how I'd do it.

I agree with how bunny Bri would do it. That will give you the most seamless look and will probably make it easier to apply both the bias and zipper.
