I have somehow already decided that I wanna do a Heisuke cosplay :3 ( It will be fun to crossdress again ^~^ I barely never do that! ) he is really cool! I cant wait to get started on him And also perhaps Chizuru Yukimura... She is really cute and a nice character!

Complete understandable xD. There is something missing without somehow. But then she will rather for sure. There is afterall the focus of the whole game, so they can't just remove the girls although there will most likely be one real pairing for sure in the show.

Omg, I'm happy I didn't at all xD. Unfortunately when I or rather we started work on Okita... (a friend helped me a really really great deal) I didn't have much money again and so it's very much faked and as less fabric used as possible.

I debuted my Isami Kondō cosplay at Närcon in Sweden during the Thursday and my friend offered to do a photoshoot at the con's outside area. I'm so surprised pretty much all of the photos (and believe me, they were pretty many) turned out good and not derp.. like normally probably half of all photos taken of me tend to do. xD So yeah, I'm very happy with the photoshoot and I certainly want to cosplay Kondō more in the future! The sad thing was that it seemed very few people at the con (and in Sweden, at least that's the impression I've gotten, especially compared to Finland) recognized who I was cosplaying, oh well, those who did kinda made my day and also those people who didn't know who I was but wanted a photo anyway because "your cosplay looks so damn cool" gave me an egoboost. x)

I've uploaded like half of the photos and the other half will be uploaded soon!

Besides I just watched the first two episodes of Reimeiroku. Looks really promising and I really like the protagonist *-*. He seems to have character afterall. I'm just not sure if the storyline will be nearly as good as in the first two seasons although it is obvious that Remeiroku shows the beginning of the Shinsengumi or rather Roshigumi... and I don't know but did they work more sloppily regarding the style of drawing? (Not sure if that is the right term but I hope you know what I mean ^^.)

Catching up on Reimeiroku, midway through ep 3 and letting it finish loading. So happy to see Kosuzu, she was so awesome. I can not wait till I get to cosplay her.

Thanks, although the wig is styled by Hansku so I can't take credits for it. She did a great job.

And regarding Reimeiroku I can't utter my opinions yet seeing how I haven't watched it. I will wait for it to be completed and then anime marathon the whole thing on one day, yay!

I'm planning to either make or buy a Hakuouki cosplay for next Connichi, my favorite for that would be Souji now, but I guess I'm to late now for that to get a proper wig for him..
The only wigs I have for him now would either not suitable at all (a brown one) or just not looking right when putting it in a ponytail (a silver/white one)
in the meantime I just finished the 2nd episode of the 2nd season

I'm currently looking around for options to cosplay Okita Souji for the upcoming Connichi.
The wigs I have now, are either too short for him or will show netting when I put his hair in a ponytail.
and then look for appropriate fabrics and time to actually make it ^^
I still have some old Hakama and tops laying around which I maybe can use for patterns or as part of the outfits.

Now watching Hekketsuroku around epi 4, and I think I'll finish that season tonight too

Why, hello! I just found this thread. (That's what I get for relying only on subscriptions for updates, and not checking the forums frequently...)

I've had Hijikata on my to-cosplay list for the past two years; I'm planning on doing his default outfit from the game (purple floral hakamashita, grey hakama, blue haori). My plan was to either batik-dye or resist out the pattern, but my last big costume (a huge floofy ballgown) pretty much ate all my cosplay hours last year, so I haven't gotten around to dyeing the silk yet. I'm thinking I might shoot for ACEN; will anyone else be in Hakuouki costumes there?

I haven't decided yet whether I'll go with the black or white wig. Or maybe I'll do half-and-half and be mid-transformation, like the promo art. ^_^
