• On Tuesday, I'll be sending adding everyone that can receive text messages to the GroupMe group. As I said in the previous e-mail, if you don't have an unlimited text plan or don't want to receive a ton of text messages from the group, please let me know if you don't want to be added to it. You can always opt out if you get tired of receiving text messages.
• If you willing share your phone number with everyone else in the group, fill out this form. I will send an e-mail with those phone numbers on Tuesday.

I'm interested in doing this! Can I ask you for advice on how to make a Len Kagamine cosplay? I was thinking of doing that for my next costume.

Unfortunately, I cannot really help you since I usually commission my costumes, though what I have seen is that for Len's normal look, you could use a white t-shirt as a base and then sew the black part in.

I do at least try to make the other things. For the wig, I use a combination of hair gel and hair spray. And for the headset, I get a headset and use posterboard to add the ear parts.

Something else, it's my first time going over there and I'm getting a room at the Marriott, does anyone would like to share a room?

The M&G is on Day 1(Friday) so there isn't exactly a plan for Saturday. Likely, people will split into small groups and go where their interests are. Best bet would be to sign up for those GroupMe text messages Kotarou is setting up so you get contacted and put your name on the phone list so you can text/call to see where people are.

As for the room, there's probably some last minute people looking for a place. You probably will want to make your own thread and put how much it'll cost.

Feel free to join us. Again, it will happen on Day 1 from 9 until 10 inside the entrance of the South Hall. I've actually added something on Saturday from 9 until 9:30, so feel free to come then if you can't come on Friday.

Final Report:
Due to many issues, the meetup never went as planned. The GroupMe group proved to be an annoyance to some people, especially if they did not have the app. However, the purpose of the meetup was for people to be able to meet new people and apparently, that is what happened.

I want this to continue next year, so if you have suggestions that will help make this work out, please let us know!
