Gonna be making Lag Seeing and Niche for Akicon and sakura-con 2013. :3
Lag is for my bf and Niche is for me.

We already have his shoes (Found at goodwill), and can get laces/ribbon/cloth to wrap around.
I'm gonna check wal mart for the scrub pants.
We're ordering a new wig.
The hat I'll probably make.
The jacket I'll thrift and hopefully find something.

For Niche.
Going with out her shorts.
Gonna look for pink UGG style boots, and add trim.
Gonna get pink fleece for the scarf.
Probably use knit that I have on hand (a bit darker than the anime version) for the top and glove/sleeves.

The white scarf is probably the easiest accessory to make. The bag is a take or leave accessory. I've never used one with my costume, but I have a black side-bag that I use to complete the outfit.

I know this thread is old, but I'm really thinking about doing a Lag Seeing myself. I could definitely put everything together, but fear it may be expensive. Finding the right wig may be difficult since it has been a hit/miss on me ordering wigs.
