Team Fortress 2 Cosplayers?

Anyone going to AWA as any of the TF2 characters? RED or BLU, I'd like to know. I'm gonna be going as a BLU FemScout, so more people the merrier. Seeing as all I have with me is a Beta RED Spy (My brother) and a OC Assassin (My Fiance). Soooo, Yeah, any other BLUs or REDs going?

I already posted on the AWA forum about this but I am going to be RED Pyro from Meet the PyroII will help update this page over the next few months on meetup information.

I want this year to be amazing for both red and blu!

Why is it just when I'm about to make the Official post for the Team Fortress 2 thread, someone somehow beats me to it? Aw well, I'll just re-post the announcements from TF2Chan.net over here:

"Your Group Leader Valiax (me, AxeldeLioncourt) is here again to start up the thread for this year's TF2 gatherings! Hope ya'll are gearing up for this year's con!

This year, we will be holding two themes; Halloween/Meet the Team. Gatherings were discussed last year and this year we will be hosting a Halloween theme on Friday evening @ 7:30 PM in front of the hotel elevators at the Waverly. Show off with Halloween theme'd hats and accessories! You don't have to have something Halloween to be a part of the gathering, these are just optional for the spirit of Scream Fortress!

Saturday's Gathering is Meet the Team, once again hosting at the elevators at the Waverly con hotel at 7:30 PM. We will gather for group photos before moving to the back of Artist Alley (if room permitting) for some video/photo antics!

There has also been talk last year of doing a "TF2 eat out" on either Friday or Saturday, depending on interest and location. If planned, it is going to be a B.Y.O.M (bring your own money), as I will not be paying for others meals . This is optional should the group vote in favor of it.

So, recapping on meet up times:
FRIDAY = 7:30 PM, Front of Elevators of con hotel
SATURDAY = 7:30 PM Front of Elevators of con hotel, then later on back of Artist Alley if room permits. "

Damn. This really interferes with my plans to enter the costume contest..... Since line up is at 7 and the contest at 8

Is there no other way we could push it forward or back? I really want to be abable to enter Red Pyro iin the contest and be at the photoshoot

Go ahead and enter the contest, the Saturday meet-up may start at 7:30, but we won't finish derping around till around 11PM give or take. The time was discussed with most of the people last year and asked if the time was pushed back at least half an hour to give them time to prep/change into costume/come back in time from dinner. Have fun with the contest, you won't miss anything :3 I plan on having us all do some derpy stuff at the back of Artist Alley like last year and maybe some improv reenacting of the Meet videos for youtube. So you should be in time for that portion of the meet-up!
