How to get in shape (Butt, hips, stomach)

Okay well firstly I am 14 years old turning 15 this week > w <~! I am 5'2 and weigh 116 (It sometimes wants to mess me up and can go from 110-120, i don't do this it just naturaly does it). I know that I am a good weight and not over-weight but I do have a stomach and big thighs. I wanted to know what kind of excerises I should do and how many (Please I don't underestand reps...) I know I can do over 150+ sit ups a day but I'm not so good at squats so if someone could tell me what to do i'd love you > w<~ (I ahve fixed my diet to cut out chocolate foods, im still working a bit on it)

As nice as it would be to have small thighs and a small stomach you can't pick where you want to loose your fat. I am about 5,4 and 107 pounds and yet my thighs aren't as small as i want them to be. Just stick with a healthy diet and consistent exercise, and be healthy (:

as cheesy as it sounds you should love what you got, you're at a healthly weight and that is all that should matter.

There are certain exercises that can help you trigger weight lose in those areas, like how lunges help with toning calves and knee muscles. Look up Brazilian butt lift moves and those can help tone thighs, calves, butt and etc

Unfortunately, you can't target certain areas and loose fat in just those areas. Fat loss happens over all, so working out your stomach will loose you just as much fat there as your arms, legs, butt, etc. What working out your problem areas will do is make you have more muscle in those areas. That could be good or bad, depending on your body fat percentage. It sounds like you're at a pretty low body fat percentage, so that's a good thing, and those extra muscles might give you the figure you want. If you've got more fat than I think, then those extra muscles might make your problem areas look bulkier, because all the muscle will be hidden under a layer of fat.

I'm 5'4, 184lbs low-medium size. Try this 20-min Fat Blasting workout. It's an all-over workout, (intermediate-advance) I'm not good at body coordinating but I did manage this workout. Not only does it "target" your thighs, but also keeps your heart going and BUILDS muscle.

Like others have posted, follow a healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated~ :3

Butt's are the hardest area to lose fat in comparison to stomach, hips.
This is a good watch for what to focus more foodwise, and exercise wise for those areas - http://www.doctoroz.com/episode/bigg...very-body-type

The 3 CD set The Butt Bible worked great for me. http://www.amazon.com/The-Butt-Bible...rds=butt+bible
It works both upper and lower body! I have a large butt and healthy thighs. I'm 5.2"
and go between 114lbs-120lbs. Your weight does not matter so much as muscle weighs more then fat. If you are trying to build you need to use weights and eat healthy proteins to feed your muscle. My massage therapist was shocked how ripped I had gotten in just a month of doing this program. It is NOT easy once you hit level 3 but keep going! You will look amazing!

You can find the workouts on youtube as well

There are many exercises that can help you to get a nice shape of all these parts. Also if you love dancing you can dance for 10 to 15 minutes on daily basis that will also helpful for you.
