Reducing bracelt circumference ?
Well I'm back with more questions(feels so bad about this >_>).
Anyway, for my Saber cosplay, she wears two bracelets on her wrist and one on her upper arm. Now, I know how to edit real bracelets and such but my problem is that my wrists are way too thin and the bracelets will fall off. Is there anyway to shrink the bracelets or pad them so they won't fall off? They would be the typical plastic cheap ones. Or would it just be easier to make them out of...something? The problem isn't the thinness of your wrists but accommodating the size of your hands. You need the bracelets to be as small as is possible to squeeze your hand through. With bangle bracelets, your hand is supposed to be what keeps them from falling off.
I'm not sure what "the typical cheap plastic ones" are, but wouldn't they be available in different sizes? Don't they just slip onto your arm? If you can't find any that are the right size and you only have too big or too small: if the "too small" bracelet can loosely accommodate your wrist but is just too small to slide over your hand, you could cut the bracelet in half and put a hinge and clasp on it.

I don't have small wrists but I do have a problem with bangles not fitting over my hands so I can't wear most bangles that are a solid circle. For me, the hinged type like Evil Bishounen described fit really well or the type that have an opening to slip over your wrist like this cuff. Maybe find ones like those?

I'll check out the kids section in Claires and if I can't find anything there I'll try the hinge method if I can find something that's smaller than my wrist. ^_^

No, you don't want something smaller than your wrist, because then you won't be able to even wear it. You need something that's bigger than your wrist but smaller than the circumference of your hand.
