I'm joining the thread! It's been about a month since I started getting in shape.


Starting weight: 133lbs (heaviest I've ever been)
Current weight: 127 lbs
Goal: 110-115 range.

As a disclaimer, I'm really short, and most of my weight comes from body fat instead of muscle so that's why I don't weigh much, but I look bulky.

Overall I'm more focused on losing digits with measurements, not weight. But this is a good way to keep track too.

Start weight: 144
Goal weight: 105 (I'm 5 feet tall so it's not that low of a number!)

Not bad progress at all for the month. I am now just 10lbs shy of my pre wheel chair weight.

Checking in. I just went to the doctors today for an official weigh in.

Starting weight: 220 pds (almost 2 years ago)
New Current Weight is : 147 pds (19pds down from the end of june)
Goal weight: 130 pds AND TONED!

Got to keep it up but I am FINALLY After all these years over being overweight in my proper size for my age and height ><

Its so motivating to read how hard people work to lose weight just as i am doing.
I started weight watchers october 2011 and lost pretty much weight.
but since may i'm stuck at the same weight.
so i hope that it will motivate me if i post my weight every week!
I'm 173cm (5.6 ft)

Starting weight: 97 kg (213.8 lbs)
Current weight: 79kg (174 lbs)
Goal: 70 kg (154 lbs)

Had 3 wisdom teeth removed in hospital.
so i cannot eat solid food, lost a pound a day so far though 0_0.

13.4 this morning.

CW : this morning i was 149 but now im 151....argghhhh
GW : 121 lbs, but at least i want to be 143 by the end of this month.

You gain two pounds throughout the day. :3 so 149 is your actual weight.

I may know the reason as of why. As you have been losing weight, your body has been SLOWLY adapting to it. Since now, your weight has been staying the same, I subject for you to confuse your body. like 30 minutes of intense workout, followed by a 5 minute rest. A lot of people do it, and the weight just melts away.

current weight: 146.4 lbs
goal weight: 125lbs

It's been a while (last weigh-in: July 19!) and I was afraid to measure my weight because I fell off the bandwagon last week when I went on a mini-vacation =/

But, I was pleasantly surprised...

Height: 5'3-ish
Starting weight: 160 lb. (a few months ago)
Last month's weight (July 19) : 156 lb.
Current weight: 154 lb.
Short-term goal: 150 lb.
Long-term goal: 135 lb.

I'm losing weight slowly but surely =_=;

I'm heading in the opposite direction as everyone else here. I'm tired of being a light-wieght and am adding bulk muscle. Started my workout/diet regiment two weeks ago and already getting results.

Height: 5'10.5"

Start weight: 156 (post food poisoning)
Current weight: 163
Body fat %: 10
Goal weight: 178-185 (maintaining body fat %)
