Help finishing/opinions on male Rarity cosplay.

I love the outfit so far
 Just a tip, if you want to be mroe recognizable, Yayahan makes beautiful unicorn ears/horn sets. I'm also cosplaying Rarity, and I recently ordered the set for my cosplay. ^^

As a Twilight cosplayer, I can't recommend the horn/ears combo enough! While I made my own (didn't think sawing through Yaya's was the best idea just to add lights), the horn makes the immediate connection to you cosplaying a unicorn.
It might also just be the photo, but I also can't see Rarity's cutie mark anywhere on your cosplay? A little applique on the vest would be a very nice detail!

I am planning on putting the cutie mark on the side of the hat which is also why I am a bit hesitant on getting the horn/ears thing.

Definitely needs horn, ears, and cutie mark but other than that I love it! Maybe a tail, if it would look good with the rest of the costume.

I have to say, though, I love how sharp the costume looks already. Without the cutie marks or other identifiable features it's hard to pick it out as Rarity, but you're looking very stylish so you're on the right track definitely.Oh, and I idea I just had is maybe on the back of the jacket or on the lapel or something you could applique Rarity's logo. The R with the eyes. Show that it's a Rarity design? |
