I want to make an entire house dedicated to raising orphans into giant slaughtering madmen.

I don't know the whole expansion though, and my Skyrim Redone mod changes crossbows so I don't know if they are actually crap. In the mod Crossbows ignore armour and you can put your own "enchants" on them like a light stock for quicker shots and it's generally lighter.

I do kinda want a better house than that dump in Whiterun. But do I really want to pay £4 for it? Its not like I ever really use the house much, its basicly just a place to keep my shit.

I just did --- I think it's amusing, but not hilarious.

...probably makes more sense to people who hoard all kinds of stuff in Bethesda games. I only pick stuff up that I have a use for. (Which incidently, is very rare :/)

However, in games that do not have respawning loot/chests/etc, I used to pick up EVERYTHING so I could sell it off, even if I had hundreds of thousands of <insert currency here> and had no use for more.

I just liked picking every screen of the game clean. (Why, hello there Baldur's Gate).

Glad to see this thread is still going, as for me I've been a tad busy but I have been playing the game now and then. I have a question for you guys, have any of you downloaded user mods off of Steam or Nexus?

I have about 24 different mods ranging from more graphic realism (lush textures and seasons) to better functionality (combat and companion).

If anyone is interested in knowing the specific mods I have let me know and I'll post them. I would simply post them now, but it will take me some time to do that so I want to know if there is interest first.

On a separate note, I finally, FINALLY, cleared out the majority of my miscellaneous quests and now catching up on all the side quests. Also one of the mods I downloaded recently gave me much better light armor which now gives me something like 240 armor.
