Do you have access to weights? Pretty much everything a gym has minus a squat rack, if you have free weights and a barbell you should be really good! Even just free weights is a good start if you can go to the gym.
Depends on what your fitness goals are really. If you just want to lose weight it really is a matter of diet, calorie restriction and not spiking your insulin levels (foods with lots of sugar, simple carbs)
Why don't you try a three day split? An example of what I do is:
Monday: Upper Body
Barbell Bench Press 5x5 ( Five Sets, Five Reps )
Barbell Skull Crushers 5x8 - You could also do Triceps Kick Backs
Barbell Biceps Curl 5x8 - You can use barbell or Dumbbells whatever you have.
Dumbbell Forearm Wrist Curls
Wednesday: Back and Shoulders
Barbell Dead Lift 3x8
Barbell/Dumbbell Anterior Shoulder Raises 5x8
Overhead Press (Barbell or Dumbbell) 5x8
Rear Shoulder Flies (laying down with dumbbells) 5x12
Barbell Squats 5x5
Squats (without weight) 8x10
Calf Raises 8x45
Lunges (both legs) 8x12
On all these days I do cardio for 20 mins, either walking or on a treadmill. I never work abs... having abs ( guy or girl ) is all just about how much body fat you have visible. The lower you can get your body fat though dieting the more they will show.
I am working on a fitness channel on youtube, ill post some workout videos for people with weights and access to a gym, and people who do not have these things. Also nutrition advice =D
I hope this helps!
