Hello! I'd be glad to help where I can.
For Snow White, there is a Simplicity pattern
intended for making SW's dress, which would be a good starting point. You could also sift through Simplicity, McCall's, Butterick, and Vogue patterns to find bits and pieces of patterns you could use, such as a separate bodice and skirt patterns. Personally, I am using Simplicity 4092
's bodice for a more mature/historical version of SW.
If you use the "Snow White" Simplicity pattern for the bodice, I recommend replacing the skirt with a circle skirt- it will give you a much more elegant, twirly skirt than the gathered skirt included in the "Snow White" pattern. Circle skirt patterns will be included in any "poodle skirt" pattern you find. They tend to hit about mid-calf, so you may have to lengthen it a few inches.
As for Kida, I really am not sure of any commercial patterns that would work. It's such a unique design, most of it will come from draping fabric. However, I would suggest finding a basic pencil skirt pattern, creating that as a base, and working off of it to create the skirt.
Hopefully that made sense and was of some help!
