* Update about Foss shape* I just received the Cosworx foss shape, and have to say that although cheaper than the UK one, the quality isn't as good, and I found it was too flimsy to heat up, as it shrank far too much. So my advice would be to spend the extra and go for the UK Foss shape.

Cool

So, I'm doing this as well. What are you doing about the eyes? I've been looking at FX contacts but they're not easy to come by.

You are amazing for having thought of this, by the way!

I'm Considering doing a weeping angle for next summer but I have delema.

I could do a body socking for the arms and neck and mask so that it would be seamless or paint myself to match with a mask for the scarey face. ^_^

The problem I foresee with seamless body suit and face is that I wouldn't be able to eat or let my skin breath well ever once and a while. >_< it's really impotent when you don't have a dedicated handler. O____o

As for makeup rout I' will go with AA airbrush paint and stippling the hatch marks on.

@ Ani BEE: I think they make zentai or catsuits that will cover your whole body and have a zipper or some other kind of closure at the back so you can pull the head part down to eat or whatever. They're also pretty decent with breathability as far as I've been told. Maybe you could look around at some shops or sites that have those and see if you can get one in the right shade of grey or paint one to match? Just a thought

Yesss... I'm using that as a template. But I'm carving my wig out of foam (more stone line less hair like).

I like the idea of a zipper up the back the only deterrent is that you would see it on the neck.

Wow, this cosplay looks so much fun!
I just wanted to add:

My cousin dressed up as a Nike (winged victory) one Halloween, so she made herself some stone wings. She bought a pair of feathered wings from a local costume store. She then paper mache'd over the feathers to give them a more bulky feel. And then I believe she spray painted over the entire thing. The process took her just one afternoon, and it turned out pretty well :]
