A good Gumi wig?
My friend who is new to cosplay is looking for a good Gumi wig! Something that is pre-styled, and cheap hopefully! I'm sure she wants to spend under $30.
We have been looking on ebay and some seem good, but not all sellers are reliable... Same thing with websites we've never heard of. So any ideas? Are there trusted sellers you know of that we can buy one from? ^^ Thanks~

Lucaille has some good Gumi wigs for under $15, iirc, but shipping is expensive. However, if you do a batch/bulk taobao order, the (price+shipping)/wig doesn't come out very bad.
Lucaille ships overseas themselves, but they don't get an EMS discount the way taobao shopping services do. Fantasy Sheep is another that ships and doesn't get an EMS discount. Note that FS wigs tend to be darker than their studio-lit photos. If you choose either of those sellers, make sure to link to their taobao product link, as they are much less expensive than the ebay product links. I don't really know about anything Stateside, tbh. Oh, and I have so far personally used Classe (high-quality Japanese wig merchant), Fantasy Sheep (taobao), and You-to (taobao). I have real life friends who have used Lucaille (taobao), Meilifang (quality taobao) and Airily (another quality Japanese wig merchant). However, quality Japanese wig stores are much more expensive, and Classe discontinued their styled chara-wigs because of recent trademark enforcement going on in Japan. |

This seller has a few different Gumi wigs. (The link should link to the search; hopefully that works.) The wigs themselves are under $30, but will probably come out to more after shipping. However, I can personally vouch for this seller. I've always had good experiences and the wigs are good quality.

Cosplaywig.
But I can't remember what price; because I converted it to pounds (I'm English).

When I was Cosplaying as Gumi I found this one prefect wig on ECrater! I don't have the link now… (sorry!) but if you just look on there I'm betting you will find the perfect one!
