So, some updates to location of the gatherings:
FRIDAY
Time: 3:45 (After CFM Panel)
Place: Outside 1A23 (Location of Asakawa Yuu Panel)
BACKUP Place: Location of Saturday gathering

SATURDAY, MAIN GATHERING
Time: Saturday, 1PM
Place: North Concourse next to escalators going down to A-Hall (We will move outside if the weather is fine approximately 5 minutes after the start time in case people arrive late)

SUNDAY
Time: 3:30 (After CFM Panel)
Place: Outside 1A23 (Location of CFM Panel)
BACKUP Place: Location of Saturday gathering

We will meet at the backup place only if it is too crowded. If that is the case, we will first meet up outside the panel and the move it to the backup location.

Sadly, that's my only day so I hope I'll be able to make the best of it~

Here are the gathering locations for Saturday and Sunday:
Saturday - Location will be up the escalators from Hall 1A at 1 PM. This is between where you pick up your badges and the hallway going to the artist gallery. The gathering will be there. If it ends up getting too crowded, we might have to move outside (the temperature at 1PM will be 53° and the wind shouldn’t be an issue). I will try to arrive 5 minutes earlier there. I will be the Senbonzakura Len with Kirito’s (SAO) sword during the morning until after the gathering, so stop me if you have questions to where the gathering is.

Sunday - Location will be outside the CFM Panel (Room 1A23) after that panel (which should be around 3:30). After the panel, I will need help letting other Vocaloid cosplayers know that there is a Vocaloid gathering (since some of them didn’t know about it on Friday).

Remember that we’re all here to have fun and meet new people, so everyone’s welcome. If you’re shy, don’t worry! I’m shy myself, but I’m sure there are others that will welcome you during the gatherings!

Senbonzakura Len speaking. Again, for those that went to the today's gathering, thank you for coming! That was a really successful gathering! I will post my pictures on Sunday after the con is over or Monday.

If you are going to the Sunday gathering, we will first meet outside the Vocaloid panel (1A23) after 3:30 and then move upstairs around 3:40 and hopefully grab more Vocaloid cosplayers like we did today.
