Black Miku wig from Hachi song
This is nothing I'm too serious about at this point, but I'm very curious about your suggestions on how to make this wig

If you have excess to a airbrush I think spray paining one Liquitex Acrylic Paints is your only bet in this regard.
Black is impossible shade to dye over any synthetic wigs. You end up with a tone of grey always. Yo could also do it white a fine mist atomizer but it will take time as you want each spray to cur before adding another so one layer every day or 12 hours. (The airbrush make finer mist which is why you can work faster but you still need the paint to cur). I also recommend doing a first layer in white to help block out the black a bit more. You also want to comb the hair out after each cur do that the fiber don't get "glue" together.

Most of the cosplayers I have seen treat the hair as black, with the reds and greens meant to prevent the images in the PV from looking completely flat. It may not be the image you were going for, but you'd be in good company if you went that path.

i dont kno how well it would look but u might b able to put in some clip in extensions... not sure if it would hold tho

I would get a completely black wig and add the red and green wefts so they are close enough to the outer surface to be hinted at but not so close that it looks like streaks.

Interesting replies, thank you all for your feedback
I do realize that most people do treat the hair as just black but I thought it might be interesting to do something a little different. I like the colors used as I think it adds a little bit to the creepy effect. :P |

I may suggest you to buy a long black wig and then paint it in your own way, it will be unique wig. ^^
