Oooh. I still remember a fabric I dreamed of. You know shot silk? In this case it was the colour effect of shot silk, in rich red and gold, but made with velvet. Oh god. SO pretty.

At school, I saw this freshman wearing a shirt with the Tsubasa wings on it and went to say hi (first freshman I interacted with of my own will this year! XD) and mentioned that I love cosplaying Sakura. She told me that I have the right body for it. I felt cool. But apparently she thought I was a sophomore..........oh well!
And then I had the idea of making a cute little white bag made of satin covered with chiffon and embroidering/beading the Tsubasa wings on it. I really wanna make it. :B |

And now i'm going to be dreaming of fabric tonight, although I'm totally cool with that. xD And I was thinking earlier and realized that wow, there are a TON of webcomics I want to cosplay from, too bad most webcomics are a bit obscure and, while obviously being recognized at a convention shouldn't be your only reason for cosplaying, considering most of my anime cosplays I do don't get recognized I'm not sure I want to make an outfit that no one is going to know at all.

I just thought of something amazing. I've been wanting to make the dress Rin wears in the song Adults Toy but I didn't really want to cosplay it so instead I can make it as a base for my Great Seal Minako idea. *_* Not really sure how to incorporate the Great Seal itself into the design though....or make it recognizable that I'm cosplaying Minako.

I haven't bought a new wig since... what, December?! I'd totally forgotten about wig excitement. C'moooon, ship my Garry wig already!
I need to find a commissioner to make Garry's coat soon enough as well, so I can cosplay him in February. I like to be prepared, after all.

Got pictures of Marie up. ^_^ I'm surprised about how many people in my real-like friend circle actually liked it. Guess this shows I have a lot of persona liking friends than I thought I did. Lol.
I also threw another coat of modge podge on the Konohana Sakuya feathers. So hoping this will be enough...
