I didn't see one, so I figured we should have one around to help plan and avoid colliding gathering. I ran into conflicting shoots while planning my own gathering.

I'm at NYCC and cannot update this list regularly, so please check each event's page for up to date information and possibly changes.

Thursday - October 11

Friday - October 12
12PM - Tokusatsu Photoshoot - check the event page for location...
12pm - Yugioh ~ meet up at 10 am, photo shoot at 2pm. at the Jacob Javits Statue
1:30pm - My Little Pony Meetup - The Variant Stage
3pm - Swordsman Photo Shoot ~ location TBD
3:45 - Vocaloid gatherings (After CFM Panel) Outside 1A23 (Location of Asakawa Yuu Panel)
4pm, DC vs MARVEL - Meeting at the main entrance. (Request only)
4:13PM Homestuck Photoshoot second floor at the base of the stairs all the way to the left. (Same place as last year for those who were there).
3:30pm - Official Marvel Gathering at Marvel booth
4:30pm(?) - Marvel gathering in front of Javits statue
7PM, all DC photoshoot - Meeting at the main entrance.

Saturday - October 13
12pm - Black Butler ~ meet up at 10 am, photo shoot at 12pm. at the Jacob Javits Statue
1PM - Vocaloid MAIN GATHERING North Concourse next to escalators going down to A-Hall
2pm - Axis Powers Hetalia Friendlies Meet-up - The grand stairs on the left of the Special Event Hall (located on the 1st Level of the convention.)
2pm - Marvel gathering~ in front of Javits statue
3pm - Marvel vs. DC gathering~ in front of Javits statue upstairs
3pm - Doctor Who Meetup - Outside IGN Theater (see below for contact info)
4pm - Assassin's Creed in front of Javits statue
4pm - NYCC Cosplayer Photoshoot! All Costumes! All Genres! - the 34th street side area on the same level as the coat check (see event page for details)
4:13PM Homestuck Photoshoot second floor at the base of the stairs all the way to the left. (Same place as last year for those who were there).
6PM - Gotham/Batverse shoot - in front of Javits statue (no event page, just word of mouth)
?? - Ninja Photo Shoot ~ ??

Sunday - October 14
1PM Homestuck Photoshoot second floor at the base of the stairs all the way to the left. (Same place as last year for those who were there).
2pm - Naruto ~ meet up at 10 am, photo shoot at 12pm. at the Jacob Javits Statue
2pm - NYCC/NYAF 2012 Hetalia Meetup and Photoshoot - Senator Javits's Statue
2PM - Katekyo Hitman Reborn - main floor around the main entrance. All the way to your right side, the seating area by the glass windows.
2:15pm - Whovian Photoshoot - North Pavillion entranceway
3pm- Pokemon Photo Shoot ~ ?? location TBD
3:30 - Vocaloid Gathering (After CFM Panel) Outside 1A23 (Location of CFM Panel)


I will keep this list up to date until at least October 11 when I depart to NYCC.

Please reply to this list with time/location/thread URL or web site (e.g. facebook event) and I will update this post with the information. I would have look through the various threads and create the list myself, but I can't really tell if the threads are up to date.

Location: The grand stairs on the left of the Special Event Hall (located on the 1st Level of the convention.)
*If group becomes too big, we relocate TOGETHER one floor up and on the side to stay out of traffic*

I'm trying to organize a Doctor Who meetup for 3pm outside the IGN Theater on Saturday. ^^ (Yes, I know there's one on Sunday, but I'm not going to be dressing up dw on Sunday and I know quite a few other people for whom Saturday is preferable.)
