2013 Trinity Blood ALA gathering

Updated with decisions on day, time, and location.
Reminder that we welcome "wearable enough" and "finished enough" TB costumes! And if your costume doesn't get done in time for ALA, please still stop by and visit! Or if you can toss on a "casual version" for fun, that's fine, too.

Day: Friday, Day 1

Time: 1 pm

Location: PATIO (not the pool deck)

We've had fun gatherings the past few years, and love having new people join us!
We'll pick the day and time when it gets closer to con.

(Maybe I'll bring Empire Abel instead of my Vatican Abel, but we'll see!)

You don't even know how much I spazzed out when I read the title of this gathering xD! But if there's a gathering ;u; hopefully details on costume won't destroy my chances of being seth to this. Ah I'm kinda glad I found this little thread. Just the other day I wuz thinkin bout how sad there are not many trinity blood cosplayers anymore. Aahhh ;v; I'm sorry

It's time to start thinking about day and time preferences.
I had a thought to change our gathering location from the pool deck area that has really gotten too hard to navigate and get good pictures to the patio area.
Reasons are giving more space for some potentially larger costumes (like Cain's wings), and we might even decide to sneak off toward the grass area for some of the pictures.
Let me know what you think!

Forgive me thread for double posting, but it's been a month since my last confessio--err post...

So we're into November!
If we want to be officially listed in the ALA signage and programming, we need to decide in the next few weeks so I can get us listed in the official gathering thread.

I'm watching the time slots for Friday and Saturday fill up on the pool deck, and the every 20 min a gathering starting is going to be a bit hectic. So I'm sticking with my suggestion to move us to the PATIO instead of the pool deck. We'll have more space for setting up photos there and not be hurried through anything.

So that said--have you been figuring out your other gathering day and times so we could pick something that works as best as possible for everyone?
Any updates on cosplays, etc?
Let me know!
