Me and my older brother are putting together an Italy and Greece cosplay, and we ran across some difficulties. My brother has cut and styled his hair just like Greece's, but we can't seem to find out how to get Greece's curl thingy since he's not using a wig. Anyone have any idea's on how we can make it? This'll be our first cosplay so we're kinda noobs at this kinda thing. ^.^"

If he's not using a wig you could try gelling a few strands of hair into the curl.

I hope this isn't too late....

When I do Austria, I use my real hair, but I found some wefts that match, and I made a Mariazell with the Wefts and wire. Then I just bobby pin it right into my hair.

Our Italy uses a lot of hairspray to keep her natural hair in place, maybe see if it works, or hair gel
