ALA 2013 Touhou Project Gathering - Page 2

It would be nice to have a big group based on a single touhou game. I remember back at Sakura Con this past April we had a large Imperishable Night group about 20 or so cosplayers there. Hopefully the gathering will be bigger than the years past!

it would be neat ^^ id really enjoy it. ive also been on a really huge subterranean animism kick incase you dont know already lol so that group would be cool too~

That would really be nice to get PC 98 touhou cosplayers. They are rare to find at cons all I saw this year is a Mima at Sakura Con and a Kotohime at Anime Expo.

Oi I got news unfortunately, I won't be in the US in January 2013 meaning that I won't be able to go to ALA at all ;v; so sorry! I hope you guys have a great time with this gathering~ (and ALA duh! XD)

Another update-I need to start making finalized plans for the touhou gathering in regards to the time and location as soon as possible so that I can submit it to the official ALA gathering thread. Friday January 4th is more likely being the date for the gathering but still taking suggestions for the time and location. *Update again I'm leaning towards the lower level lobby area for a possible location site.

Another update time: I just got in talks with BigBoss-BigNeko and decided that 2 PM should be the time for the gathering do you think this is a good time for the gathering??

If its at 2:00, I probably won't be able to make it since Cosplay Chess is at 2:30 .w.;; And if its anything like AX Cosplay Chess seats are going to fill up fast

Some of you may remember me as the Shou from AX who helped "organize" the massive gathering there this year. I'm happy to say things have been going well for me lately in the money department, and I will be making the flight down to Los Angeles from the icy cold tundra of Nebraska.

I plan to bring Shou (for the gathering) and Aya, and I'm looking forward to seeing some of you awesome Touhous from Anime Expo once again, as well as meeting some new ones and getting some great shots for my new photo site/blog thingy.

Alright I can change the time that since some of our cosplayers have to go to cosplay chess ok how about 12 P.M. if that 's a good time? Once we agree on the time I should be able to take this over to the official ALA gathering thread here.
