Low budget help!!! >.<
I have a low budget, due to spending money on new series. If needed, I will go higher for custom making. I don't have any pictures, but I'm 5'7, 180 lbs, 40in. waist and 36 hips, 38B bust, thighs are 28in., calf is 21in., and thickest part of the arm is 20in. I tend to prefer characters with longer hair and pants, although sometimes a long skirt. I don't want thick clothing either, or ones with a lot of props. Help needed!

Thanks everyone. The two that probably look the most appealing to me are the Misa or the one from Reborn. Thanks for all the suggestions!
