Did my usual run today, but I'm going to have to start focusing more on core and strength workouts. Gotta get some definition if I'm going to pull off midriff-baring and totally ripped Carmelita and Hepzibah!

Full squat, six sets of five, increasing weight from 140 up to 210.
Bench 3x10 at 140. Rows 3x10 at 85 (I totally forgot these even existed until today). 3x10 Decline situps with a 45 pound weight. ...Then some stretching and bagwork. Also, I probably biked 70-ish miles over the last three days exploring chicago. Turns out, Chicago is really big. |

Ran for ~15 minutes, did some push-ups, squats and other similar excercises, about 5 different ones, don't remember the exact counts.
First time I ran in like A YEAR, and it felt just like it too, I can tell you that.. |

10 minute cardio Phase 1: 90 lb (45 in each hand) dumbbell chest press - 2 sets, 20 reps 40 lb (20 in each hand) dumbbell bicep curls - 2 sets, 20 reps 30 crunches Phase 2: 100 lb (50 in each) dumbbell chest press - 2 sets, 12 reps 80 lb (40 in each) dumbbell bicep curls - 2 sets, 12 reps 30 crunches Phase 3: 135 lb barbell chest press - 2 sets, 12 reps 75 lb barbell bicep curls - 2 sets, 12 reps 165 lb barbell chest press - 2 sets, 10 reps 80 lb barbell bicep curls - 2 sets, 10 reps hanging knee raises - 8 sets, 12 reps In other news, put on one of my shirts monday morning after my post-workout shower and split it open down the back when i tried to put on my socks. Feels good, man! |

Deadlifts at 135 lbs - 2 sets, 12 reps Deadlifts at 165 lbs - 2 sets, 10 reps Deadlifts at... 185 lbs - 2 sets, 8 reps 10 pistol squats on each leg 10 weighted pistol squats on each leg (25 lbs) then a 90 minute deep tissue massage ![]() |
