Playing with different methods of painting this quiver...trying to decide which one looks more like real leather. I have to have this done by Friday if it's going to matter at all. xD Not a big deal if I don't though.

Measurements taken. Commissioner paid. Garry is officially well and truly underway! Now all I need are some "disturbing dolls", eheheh. I still need to order a tank top too, and the trousers. But even so, it should be done pretty soon!

Headphones for Minako came in. They look nice but apparently the thing I took for being the school logo was the overly shiny middle part that is just silver and reflected light. Hopefully I will be able to paint all of it red. Also with these in, I am worried about the gloves now. Looks like I am going to have to contact the seller and hope for the best.

Squee! I'm also admiring some of Bubblegum's dresses...and formulating ideas. Le sigh. Hopefully some day. I'm glad you approve. I found a tail coat pattern, too! My equation was: me=Bubblegum; you=Gumball; Decus=Marceline; Nai=Fionna; K=Finn or Marshall Lee.

My ears and jacket came in the mail today! I am beyond happy.

So far, I'm getting concerned however about my wig because it's been a good 2 weeks since I paid the seller on the wig and so far nothing. I was told the wig would be arriving Tuesday. I haven't gotten anything.

I'm going to wait it another week before doing something about it. This is just making me concerned.

Everything is here but the wig.

Got my Aradia wig today! It's... well, it's what I paid for. It's a nice, curly, wig, but it's pretty thin in the back, which is annoying. If only Arda hadn't run out of stock on the wig I wanted! Both of the wigs I wanted.

Does anyone know of any good techniques for putting longish hair(about breast length), thick hair up in a wig cap? The way I do it right now isn't making it flat enough.

It really bothers me when I'm looking at my own cosplay and see that one little detail that I'm missing. It might not bother many other people, but it sure does bug me!
