Easiest way to do this?

The top, in particular. A pleated skirt is simple enough. Anyways, I've got about a month to pull it all together. Not usually a problem, but I sew slow. So, a few options? Maybe take a white blouse and add the trim and fuku collar? Or would it be better to just draft it and start from scratch? Also, what type of fabric? |

do you know how to do basic tops ? All you need to do is draw a pattern for a basic top but make a V neck for the front bodice and attach the collar on (do you know the pattern shape for the collar?). Then for the inside of the collar bite, cut make a triangle piece and attach it using those small fasteners
