Easiest way to do this?

Reference 1, 2, 3

The top, in particular. A pleated skirt is simple enough.

Anyways, I've got about a month to pull it all together. Not usually a problem, but I sew slow. So, a few options?

Maybe take a white blouse and add the trim and fuku collar? Or would it be better to just draft it and start from scratch?

Also, what type of fabric?

do you know how to do basic tops ? All you need to do is draw a pattern for a basic top but make a V neck for the front bodice and attach the collar on (do you know the pattern shape for the collar?). Then for the inside of the collar bite, cut make a triangle piece and attach it using those small fasteners

Hope I helped though I think my explanation was a bit too brief though :T
