Queen Elinor cosplay help?

Okay, I'm planning a Queen Elinor cosplay but my problem is: I have know idea what fabric to use.

*I want a material that will look good in pictures (nothing overly shiny). If anyone has any suggestions that would be wonderful. Also, can someone tell me where I can get a pattern for a dress like this?

With all of the little nubs, my best bet is that Queen Elinor's dress is silk dupioni. As for patterns, start checking the pattern catalogs at a fabric store, specifically the costume section Find one that you think is the closest/least amount of modification.

Thank you! quick question, being that silk dupioni is kind of expensive, do you think that a polyester dupioni would be okay or...

It depends on where you get it and the width

There is also Shantung Fabric that have a similar texture that comes in cotton, silk and man made fibers.

Also her fabric looks like things where sew into if for the metallic gem finish.

The basic sizing of her dress is the same as Merida's but she has long bell sleeve to hers thatn don't have much in the way of shape or form.

Bell sleeves you can draft on our own so long as you take into account the arm hole.

Also she have double layer sleeves (second layer is a smooth dark green fabric). Also she has a dark green under dress (simple dress pattern I linked) that peck out at the collar, wrist and the exposed skirt with texture.
