On one of the days (probably Friday) I will be cosaying as DC comics very own Catwoman (the current comic adaptation) so I am totally down for this!

Bought neoprene for a few details on Quorra's "armour", now I need to get the pleather. Ugh. Why am I having so little luck finding a non-wetlook stretch pleather, and a non-stretch garment weight pleather with no fancy detailing? Also, got my ID disk. Boyfriend's gutting it for me to both attach to my back and look less toylike when lit up.

I wore Princess Calla from Disney's Gummi Bears for Halloween, and recently my friend told me she wants to make a Cavin and decided we should wear them to AN, with possible other characters from the show.

ARGH. Apparently I still have a crapton of things to fix before I can start sewing the lightsuit. I spentthe day cutting out and pinning/fitting, and the side cutaways keep not fitting/sitting right, and the collar/neck is on the verge of looking like a hot mess. Made even more frustrating by the fact that I intend to get this as damn close to perfect as someone without a multi-million dollar budget can get because I plan on competing with it.

Woohoo! My fit nightmare is over. Mom agreed to buy me a dressform for a birthday present (which is in under two weeks) so i can finally get this thing to sit right. This weekend I'll just get her arm armour thingies sewn up.
