Gundam Gathering 2013
Date: SATURDAY
Time: 1:40PM Location: POOL DECK Attendees: Shii Arisugawa as Kiki Rosita from 08th MS Team will [ishida] as Woolf Enneacle from AGE version 7.0 as Banagher Links from Unicorn darkchappy as Kio Asuno from AGE krisokami as Setsuna F. Seiei from 00 Tokio Amarfi as Quatre Raberba Winner from Wing akaichan as Relena Peacecraft from Wing Okay Gundam kids~ roll call! I think we had a great turnout this year, so let's see if we can get even more Gundam cosplayers to join us for the 2013 gathering. Also, would you guys like to meet up in the Pool Deck area again, or should we find a new spot? I know it was crazy crowded this year (tbh I'm expecting it to be worse next year... D: ), so I'm open to suggestions, and lemme know if you guys would like to have the gathering at an earlier time too. I think having it on Saturday still works best for most people, but we can work on finalizing everything the closer we get to the con.

this is gonna be tough for me....Might end up as Kio Asuno from AGE again, or go for something new like Zeheart Gallete or Pirate Asemu Asuno from Gundam AGE or Allelujah from Gundam 00. Ill keep you updated

ohhhhh i wish I could join I still havent bought Setsuna's uniform yet @.@ and a wig too. ill just come and take pics. but if im lucky I might join, just probably a different character.

@darkchappy: I went ahead and added you as Kio Asuno, just let me know if/when it needs to be updated! Glad to have you on board again! @krisokami: Should I make a photog list for the gathering so I can add you? 8D Let me know if you're able to get your Setsuna cosplay put together, or if you decide to do another character and I'll add you to the cosplayer list! ^^ @will [ishida]: YEAH BOI. Gundam (chicken) wings party sounds like a good idea keke I bought most of the fabric I need for Kiki so I'll start on that when I get back from ANIMEGACON this weekend, might as well get it out of the way! I know we're about 5 months off right now, but ALA will be here before you know it! XD

Just put me for Setsuna. xDD I missed the Gundam gathering for how many years and I do miss it soo much. I shall keep you updated though if I change my cosplay character. :3

OMG. A good idea for a photoshoot if we have a Kira Yamato in the gathering. Have both Kio Asuno and Kira Yamato together since both wanna be Jesus and dont wanna kill their enemies

Okay, looks like we'll need to figure out a gathering time ASAP, there's info on how they're running the gatherings here that will hopefully help solve the problem of overcrowding on the Pool Deck. Currently, our best options for Saturday would be 1:20, 1:40, 3:00, or 3:20. Anything else would be too early, or too late in the afternoon I think. ^^; Personally, I'd like to go with one of the 1pm time slots, and I could do the 3pm time slot as well but I'd need to be into another costume by 4pm. Let me know what you guys think, I can add a poll to this thread if that makes it easier to decide? XD

The 3pm spot is already taken, so we're left with 1:20 or 1:40... I'm leaning towards the latter as well. I really don't want to submit a time without getting input from other cosplayers attending the gathering, but I also don't want all the good time slots to be filled up! ;.;

Okay, I'm going to make the executive decision, and set the time for 1:40pm on Saturday. Hopefully it won't conflict with any other events you guys plan on attending, we'll just have to wait and see whenever the con schedule is released. ^^;

I have a group for gundam forming <3 we'll be walking around on sat around 2pm.
I'll be in Relena from Frozen Teardrop (I dislike her hair in the normal peace craft version) We have everyone expect for Une, Hildi, Sally and Trieze. |
