Pretty sure the sheep would pass out before we kill it and we'd stop before then. We just need them to pee and usually animals piss or shit when they get scared so if the damn sheep ain't being stubborn (which Fred has said there are a few) they'll pee in like... 2 minutes. And for big animals like sheep it takes much more than two minutes to kill them and they're KINDA stronger than us and toss their heads and kick and flail while we do it.
