Can someone give me some information on making a Bloaty the Pizza Hog head, (from Invader Zim) large enough to be worn. I will enclose a picture of one I want it to look like almost exactly. I need time spent, and price that it would cost. This is very important.

ummm it kinda depends on ur skills. do u have experience with specific materials? id prob go about this as people build mascot suits if ur sewing skills are on par or how they do deadmau5 helmets

http://www.cosplaytutorial.com/list.php has a ton of mascot head tutorials. id go with a wire and foam build for this. im thinking overall itll cost around $100 max?
