Yeah, so I started my weight loss journey about 2 years ago, lost a bunch of weight, fell off the wagon for about a year and am just starting to really get back with it again.
Starting Weight (2 years ago): 301
Weight As of 1 week ago: 281
Current Weight (yesterday): 269
Goal Weight: 160
Luckily I've been through this process before so I have already done all the trial and error. Just have to take it one week at a time and remember that it's all worth it in the end
