I ordered over a month ago during the sale and my order is still not shipped out. (The tracking number says "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 02, 2012 to expect your package for mailing.") There is no explanation or communication of why there is a delay. I've emailed them a few weeks ago but there was no response. It looks like they don't even read or respond to email.

This is not the first time cosplay.com did this to me. The same thing happened in March/April earlier this year. I should have known better to order again. I feel like there is a big issue with lack of communication and orders being overlooked. I mean, if it happened only once, you can just say it's a simple mistake. We all make mistakes, that's understandable. But if it happens again and I am hearing of it happening to many other people at the same time, that means there's an actual problem with the system and nothing has been done to fix it.

I've had plenty of mistakes with my orders from Arda Wigs and Epic Cosplay, but the difference is that they respond very quickly through email (sometimes even with in an hour) and my issue is fixed right away. I wish I could say the same for cosplay.com shopping.

Send Admin a PM. I had almost the exact same thing happen to me. I contacted Admin, found out that one of the Scruffys I ordered was out of stock (pink). So I had to switch it for a powder purple (long story... I had originally wanted that, but second guessed it at the last minute). I swapped it out, and they finally arrived last week.

I have to say, the wigs are good quality, they're comfortable and thick. But it can sometimes take some prodding to get the items shipped, it would seem.

Ordering off this site is a mixed bag.

They've gotten my order wrong, failed to send me parts of the order, waited weeks to ship parts of orders, and have NEVER responded to any of my emails. There is no customer service and the pricing isn't any better than you'll find from their competitors. They are weirdly out of stock on half the items at any given time as well.

On the other hand, the wigs are very pretty and thick and the styles are well suited for cosplay. I was particularly impressed with a long wig I purchased, then styled into a high ponytail, and didn't need to add wefts. The ponytail was already full and huge and gorgeous using the wig alone.

Personally I've found that my biggest issue with cosplay.com wigs is that they are either sized for people with shrunken heads or I have a gigantic fat head. I can't wear anything of theirs properly because on the largest sizing there still isn't enough room around the head circumference. I've since moved my wig purchasing entirely to Arda. They offer more styles, more colors, and the wigs are just as high quality. Plus the sizing works for me and my giant head.

I recently bought a wig from the Coscom store. It arrived in a timely manner, though they did not make good on the 1-day shipping promise (I already factored in for Thanksgiving break).

I'll post a full review after these hellish finals weeks are over. (Actually, I haven't seen the item yet, since I'm at school and the item was sent to my permanent home, so I don't know if I received the correct item or how the quality is, etc.)

As I said earlier, I received the wrong color, then PMed Admin about it and he said he sent it out personally, and to this day have not received anything.
After a bunch of PMs which I'm assuming were ignored at this point, I gave up and turned it over to my mom, who's been leaving messages pretty much every day for a while. I'm starting to think they're intentionally ignoring us or something. But whatever it is, and regardless of whether or not he ACTUALLY sent the correctly-colored wig, this is unprofessional.

Aww boo! I was planning on buying their Rose wig for a cosplay... I really liked it and haven't seen any others similar to it.

Oh well. Better that I spend extra time searching for a wig than buy one and have a hellish time with customer services, I suppose.

Hearing this is really disappointing. I found the perfect wig for my Derek Stiles cosplay-Scruffy. They had the right color, heat resistant, close to the exact style and decent pricing,but I think I may reconsider if there is going to be issues.

Such a shame, as I don't know where else to get a wig that seemed that perfect.

Keep in mind there have been good and bad experiences people have had with them. I, for one, had my transaction with them within the last year go just fine. If they do have the perfect one for you, you won't necessarily have bad service/trouble. There's just a chance.

Wow, I feel like the odd one out, but I ordered two wigs two different times and they've shipped promptly and came quick and were perfect.
