Rise of the Guardians was probably one of the best movies I've ever seen! I DON'T crossplay, EVER, but I WILL cosplay Jack I loved everything about his character and his story. I love how he really grew as the movie went on. If I had the time/energy/skills, I would also cosplay Tooth. She's so adorable and sweet, and her costume would be badass.

My group really wants to cosplay this, probably next year in december. We should have everyone but Sandman. We've got our fangirl as Jack, her partner in crime as Pitch, a friend as Tooth, my boyfriend as Bunny (fur suit is the plan), and I'll probably end up doing North (despite my build not being his).

We're giving it until next winter as some of us would die any other time of year from the heat.

This, has to be one of my newest, favorite movies. I just loved everything about it. <3
I actually went as Jack Frost too see it. I already had a pretty good wig for it, though I need to get a shorter one, since I feel it's a little long. I've also been trying to talk my brother into being Sandman... If he doesn't end up doing that, he says he'll be Pitch for me. xP

Another Jack! I don't think I've ever Ben so excited to cosplay something so simple, but it's really all faking into place. I already have his face shape/body language/hair, and especially eyes. (people always comment on my eyes being really really blue)

And I actually found an awesome wisteria branch that is the luckiest find ever!

I would really like to try doing a Bunny fur suit. Never tried one. Maybe I will try if I have the time. I can't wait to see all the Jack Frost costumes in 2013!!

I'd love to do Tooth, Jack and Sandman! Tho, I think I'll start with Jack since he's not as complex! If I could pull off a Bunnymund without having to get into a fur suit, I'd do that too!

I wish I could cosplay Tooth so much, but I'm super allergic to feathers, so that's a dream that will never be. T_T

I just finished my sister's Human!Jack shirt though, and it came out very nice, so that makes me happy.

What are you all thinking about using for the base of the headdress and base of the outfit?
I feel like using feathers for the whole thing would look too bulky and her headdress has me stumped!

Yet another Jack Frost cosplayer here! I'm going to do his human version though since I already have the perfect hair style. Plus, I just like that outfit- I get a vest and a cloak!

So, how is everyone planning to do the staff? I've seen some nice PVC pipe ones, but would prefer to use a real stick. I collected a few that would work for a base, just debating if I want to make the hooked part out of smaller sticks or a different material all together.

I'm almost done with my sister's Human/Newly-awakened Jack shirt. Just need to embroider the collar.

My sister has a nice walking stick as her base for the staff, and I think is planning to use wire form and paper mache to make the hook. I'm not sure how that will go, but given that she's a sculpture major, I'll trust her judgement. XD;
