im tempted but i live in an apartment on the second level and its not very soundproof so i might just visit my bestie everyday who also wants to lose and we can do this together. theres nothing like a workout buddy to help keep ya motivated.

I want to keep people motivated right here in this thread. That's what I'm going to do. Even if I'm not currently doing Insanity!
My DDP Yoga is progressing along quite nicely, I've got more balance and flexibility, and a couple of clothing items fit better as well. Still only midway through week 5 though... diet is improving somewhat. I'll show some results later. |

Woohoo, inspired someone! I have a feeling I may go back to Insanity today for some quicker results prior to Ohayocon, we'll see how it feels.

I think it's been roughly 3 months since I started doing Insanity, and I'm still going at it usually 5 days a week. I don't know what my weight/measurements are right now, I just know that I'm pretty satisfied with myself. I decided to post a progress photo, but fair warning: I am horrible with photos. Horrible with lighting, posing, taking, etc. So yeah, maybe I will get a better shot later. But this is it for now, and yay Insanity!

Im doing Insanity as well! Im on my third week and I am so in love with this program. I feel as strong as I did when I was playing soccer in high school. If this is how i feel just after 2 weeks and 2 days then i cant wait to see how i feel when the program is over. Ive lost 7 pounds so far and have been losing inches like crazy. I wish i had measured myself! >.< I am definitely sticking to this till the end!!

I actually did ask my doctor. Just as a warning to people with back problems or severe knee injuries, my doctor says that Insanity is not recommended, and has actually been the cause of worsening these problems.
