fitting Vinyl

hey! so im going to make a Harley Quinn cosplay (classic body suit) and i know how to do it with spandex and everything, but i really love the look of vinyl for it.
the problem is im not sure how to propely fit it, and i dint want it to end up a catastrophy.
any tips?

To start with, you'll have to find a four-way stretch vinyl (stretches both right-to-left and up-and-down).
It won't stretch as much as spandex would, so you'll have to make allowances for extra darts or seams. If you're lucky you might be able to hide them in the design.

You could also look into a coated spandex to see if there's a matte finished vinyl look or pleather look one, I know there are wet look spandex you could try at Spandex world or Spandex house
