One Piece Gathering 2013
Since I didn't see this posted. I guess I'll make it. I'll see how many people respond to this first before I submit it to the gathering list.

I'll come as Timeskip Chopper if I can finish it in time. If not, then I'll come as regular Chopper/Unlimited Cruise. I hope me not being very up to date with timeskip due to no time won't be too much of a problem ^^'

i don't know what happen to the official gathering which is this one. But the Saturday one was more like an unofficial gathering that happened after the One Piece panel.
for the past few years. OP gatherings had always been on a Saturday.
