This is a good start. You are doing great but there are things that could be better. Your build though, it's freakin perfect for Vegeta!! The hair is way hard to do though, so no points taken off for that haha

you look like the GT vegta, or from what i hear that outifit is his workout outfit. i can't see the front from this angle but veteta has a widows peak.
thats the hard thing about dbz cosplay the hair is hard to get right.
