What fabric should I use? Siesta 45

Hello ~
I'm cosplaying as Siesta 45 from Umineko No Naku Koro ni , and next week I'm going to buy fabrics.
I was wondering what fabric should I use since I'm sewing the whole thing.
Money isn't a problem, but I don't know what kind to use.
Please help me
