A Decent Weight?

For a 14 year old female being 5'5"-5'6"
What do you think the right weight range would be?

your target weight for your height should be 136-140 pounds. you might still have a little chub, but that's ok. your weight might just be so much muscle.

Bear in mind that depends on body structure and several other factors that we can't necessarily account for.

All good advice here. It depends on the body you want. When I was your age we referred to body types by sport. It depends on the build you want, keep in mind weight is just a number. Its what you see in the mirror that counts. As long as you like what you see(and you do not have any weight related health issues) then forget the numbers....

But as stated above, please consult a doctor or health professional.

That is a very decent weight for your height! But keep in mind that everyone is different. There are people your height who are lighter and people your height who are heavier, and they could ALL be at their ideal weight and perfectly healthy. How you are genetically built, whether you are building muscle, etc. all play into it.

When I was your age (I'm 16) I was about 125 and 5'5".
Although it really depends on different factors, such as how much muscle you have.
