Combating proudasian

So, on my way home I just thought of the best idea ever to be rid of proudasian.
Rather then banning his numerous names, which obviously does not work, how about we just cut off his food supply?

Put a sticky up warning people not to reply to his obvious threads and then if someone gives him the attention he so craves, even the ones that are making fun of him like "oh look its orange again we missed you", they get hit with a temp ban. Eventually the message will get across and no one will reply to the fools thread so he will have no fodder to reply to

In addition to this, is it possible to IP ban him? I don't know if this forum has this option.

Honestly, I do agree that people really should NOT feed the guy. He would most likely go away if he didn't get the attention because let's face it, that's all he is here for. I really do appreciate it when people choose to ignore him. It has gotten really, really old.

Thankfully the last time he came around we were able to get rid of him before anyone even noticed.
