What Type of Fabric?
So I've been wanting to start on my Hatsune Miku cosplay. One problem, though. I have absolutely no clue of what kind of fabric I'm going to use. I want fabric that is shiny, but not too shiny. Kinda like this: http://th03.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/...oi-d322mqx.jpg

the best is go and see by yourself the options you have, touch the fabrics and decided because is always that way, maybe a kind of "vinyl fabric", But there are plenty of types of vinyl so go look and check the thickness is best :3

The cosplayer you linked used what looks to be PVC/light vinyl for the skirt and top, and is wearing wet-look leggings.
