Does anybody know any good and reliable cosplay stores (wigs and costumes) in or outside the U.S.A.? (I only order outside of the U.S. if the store's reliable). I know about Epiccosplay and Arda wigs, but I'm trying to find character wigs.

fivewits wigs is an in US wig store and they do have character wigs. Cosplay fu is outside the US(I think) but I've heard good things! CosplayWigsUSA also is a wig company here in the US, and they have a good amount of character wigs.

For costumes:
Cosrevo - (Japan) - They are now defunct due to a cease-and-desist order that effectively shut them down entirely, but you can sometimes find used ones.
Sweety Pop - (Japan) - Same as above.
Love Laugh - (Japan) - Same as above.
Dog Egg G - (China; a store on taobao) - Well-known for using much better materials than the average Chinese costume stores. I have confirmed that they use their own photos. They have less choice, but accept custom commissions.
Blaze Crimson - (China; a store on taobao) - I have confirmed that they use their own photos. The ones where the model's face is censored are the ones without retouching (to most closely represent the colours on the actual costume).
Cocosilver - (China, but they have a Japanese website) - They are a step down from places like Cospatio and Cosrevo, but their costumes are true to photos. Expect little shortcuts like fake pockets.

For character wigs:
Classe - (Japan) - Their character wig line is now defunct due to a cease-and-desist order. However, their authorised resellers Etika and Mandarake have some. If you can find them used somewhere, they're a good brand to look for.
Lucaille - (China; a store on taobao) - They're one of the better ones. I won't lie; they aren't as thick as Classe, but they're thicker compared to almost all other Chinese makers. They also take better care of the colour mixing. I have confirmed that they use their own photos.

Cosplay Fu is good for costumes, but not for wigs. Their wigs are ok, but waaayyy overpriced.

They're a lot more reasonably priced if you buy an outfit at the same time. Typically, if you do so you get 20$ or so off.

Matchwigs is really great wig store, they're fairly new, but I absolutely LOVE the quality of their wigs and they have wonderful customer service, they're based in Singapore.

Moemall which is based in Australia is really good too, though I haven't bought any of there cosplays, only wigs.

Just saying about TheFiveWits, their wigs look WAY better in person. I always hear people having doubts about them being a good quality wig store judging from their stock photos, but I have 4-6 wigs from them (bought them at conventions from their Canada reseller, Cactus Mafia) and they are really awesome and nothing like the stock photos (in a good way).

MoeMall, MatchWigs and Ayanamisatoru (on eBay) are good wig stores. I've personally ordered from all of them and been pleased.

I have had good luck with Hellocosplay. My costume was sizer perfectly. Just don't request modifications from them. You can try, they claimed they would change the color of an item but did not.
