Handsome Jack Cosplay Help (Prosthetics / Make-up)

So I'm working on my Handsome Jack cosplay and I've a few questions for those that are good with adding prosthetics and such to your face.

This is my end game "what I hope to look like" look. I need to basically put the metal parts on my face but I'm not really sure how / the best way to go about doing this. Suggestions please? Prefer some things I can order online.

I saw a great cosplayer paint the whole piece.... Trying to think of her name..... Ill search her and add it here. Unless u have a life cast of ur face I'd prob paint the skin parts and then use foam pieces painted to look like metal for the metal attachments.... (Attach w spirit gum)

Yeah I'm not looking to make an actual mask (just going to use latex to make a little intend to look like such) because with a real mask I can't emote. I'm just looking to do the metal parts.

You may be able to use actual metal pieces, and adhere them to your skin with something like spirit gum or liquid latex. Otherwise, you could potentially make them from thin pieces of craft foam, using the same methods for making craft foam armor.

Yep, I'd suggest spirit gum.
I would suggest possibly casting the hinges in resin, so that they're identical and screen accurate. Or if you don't have that ability, to make them out of craft foam, styrene, or sintra and use Rub'N'Buff to give them a metallic finish. Craft foam you will need to seal.
